We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
We ship to locations all across New Zealand, however if you are in a rural area we may need to reach out for further details on occasion.
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Given the nature of the installation and services provided, full return and refunds are often not possible.
However, the products and services offered may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as detailed in the products description on the manufacturer’s website or as otherwise provided by the manufacturer, and to the extent we are contractually permitted to pass through any warranty from a manufacturer we will make reasonable efforts to do so. To obtain warranty service for defective products, please follow the instructions included in the manufacturer’s warranty.
Where the buyer changes their mind, we will endeavour to make refunds to the extent we have been able to recover costs from our suppliers. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
